Thesis, Exams and Site Visitation
| Spacing out. |
This week is a whirlwind. Aside from the bad weather, thesis deadlines and final exams occupying my time,I still have an excuse to watch wrestling. Ah, not really. It all seems like my usual busy ARKI student HELL week. However, one thing that I really liked about my thesis is the fact that I can go on adventures.

Singapura

Just came back from a five-day trip to Singapore. I went there for research. Their National library is my favorite. SO MANY BOOKS!!!!
The museums are also awesome. I went to see the Terracotta warriors in person. I'm just Amazed. The trip did not only challenged my stamina, but also my taste buds. Spicy.

Little Venice

I was looking back at photos from September 2010 and the photos from The Venetian, Macau just made me smile. I just want to visit that place again. When I first visited Macau for our tour, there is a different ambiance that I immediately noticed. The European influence is very apparent within the city. It is a place where western and eastern styles have merged.
One of my favorite visits in Macau was in The Venetian. The bus is free once you get out of the ferry terminal, so the travel from the terminal to the hotel was quite an eyeful tour. When we arrived at the entrance, we were very amazed at the heavy Italian Renaissance design on site. Indeed, The Venetian is considered as a Little Venice inside a grandiose hotel.
