Sunday Day-off: Mimi's Update

Weekend with Cotton.

Today was rather tiring. I have been busy lately and during weekends, I always try to relax so that I won't burn out. hahaha My posts have "Read More" cuts recently. Don't miss them. lol

My working eye glasses. I can hardly fold it...

I had a check-up on my eyes today. My grade just went up...again. Anyway, I changed my lenses and also bought a new frame for my old lens to use it for working. The design that we chose is rather simple, but it sticks to my face like a glue. It has tight screws so I can't really fold it easily. lol

Solo Hawaiian Pizza

My lunch for today.

We had lunch in Pizza Hut. Lately, I do not have an appetite for rice during lunch time. I did enjoy the meal...especially the mushroom soup. Anyway, I love the solo hawaiian pizza.

Dress for the upcoming Acquaintance Party

After that, we went to a boutique and searched for a dress this coming August 4. I'm an outgoing UAPSA Secretary, so I have to look decent on the occasion. This is the first time for several months that I went to look for a dress in boutiques. We had fun trying on different kinds of dresses since the theme for the party is "Royal Tea Party". In the end, we chose the Aquamarine dress with intricate lace works. I'm still looking for accessories, especially a cloth that can cover my shoulders (I'll freeze to death).

Cotton with the Kittens

The kittens have grown fast lately. Cotton seems to spend more time with them. Cotton's a guy, but he seems to have fun being with the kittens. my only worry is that, I don't really have time to tend to them that often. i'm quite scared that they'll grow up being distant around me.

Perhaps, in the near future I'll update more about my rest days. I rarely have them now that I have started with my research. My posts might be sporadic, but I'll try my best to post something if I have the time~♥
